For the last two years Kobe Bryant has made several attempts to come back and play like his superstar former self, but injuries have continue to plague him. It goes without saying that his attempts fell way short of expectation.
However after some dismal starts for the Los Angeles Lakers it looks like Kobe has decided it’s time to throw in the towel and move on. And we can’t blame Kobe because being in the league for 20 years have taken a toll on his body. And in some ways it is a good thing because it will give up and coming younger players more chance to shine instead of always have to pass to Kobe for a brick shot.
Ironically after Kobe announced his retirement his plays seem to have gotten better as he is beginning to look like a shade of his old same — yes we’re talking about the good Kobe. In the back of his mind he is probably wondering if he jumped the gun and when he announced that he is retiring. Maybe, just maybe there is still some gas left in the tank and he has one more season left in him?
Whatever the case if you want to see Kobe Bryant play his last season, you better be willing to fork out some serious cash as ticket prices for the Los Angeles Lakers game have sky-rocketed.
